Installing MQLink Package (Ver. 2.8E)
Click on the Download mg28e.exe file to commence the install.
When prompted, select save to store this package on your computer network. When download completes, click open to commence the installation. When prompted contact Abbott Pathology EDI Support for required site specific codes. A full set of download install instructions in PDF format is also available to step you through this process.
Remote Support
To initiate the tool that will enable Abbott Pathology to provide you with remote desktop support for the MQLink product, click on the Initiate Remote Support file and when prompted, click open or run.
The Remote Support file of 5.3Mb will download and run on your computer. You will be shown an ID code and Password to relay to your Support Technician. Contact Abbott Pathology EDI Support on (03) 9244 0391 for assistance.
To Uninstall MQLink from your System
Click on the MQLink Uninstall link and / or contact Abbott Pathology EDI Support on (03) 9244 0391 for assistance.
